Joined by Simon Bourke, Chapters Capital's Managing Director, is Alex Canham, Partner at the law firm Herrington Carmichael.
Simon is an M&A specialist, having worked in the sector for over 10 years, and will be hosting the webinar to give an overview of the different stages of the sale process.
Alex and his team are highly experienced in this space and completed over £150m of financial services deals in 2021. Alex addressed the process from a legal point of view, walking through the timeline of a transaction to give you an idea of what you would experience selling your firm. In addition, key concepts that you would come across such as warranties and indemnities, were explored.
