Nancy joined Chapters Capital in 2021, after completing a BSc in Biological Sciences and an Integrated Masters in Business Management at Imperial College London.

As an Associate Director, Nancy focuses on all aspects of the deal origination process from initial conversations with sellers all the way through to deal completion. Her experience enables her to spend time and understand the needs of the client so they can confidently move through the process with the right guidance and input.
The work she carries out on a daily basis, and the approach she takes with clients has proven time and time again to get deals done, and it has solidified her reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.

In her time at Chapters, not only has Nancy become an invaluable member of the deal team, she has worked across a large number of successful transactions ranging in size from £40m to £250m AUM. Her attention to detail and client-first approach have ensured that more than £1.5bn of client assets have found the right home.

​Outside of work Nancy enjoys keeping active, spending weekends with her family in Cambridge, and hosting dinner parties with friends.
