AAB Wealth Bridges into London Market with £650m Magus Wealth Acquisition

AAB Wealth, the chartered financial planning division of the audit and accountancy firm AAB, has acquired Magus Wealth, a London-based financial planning firm. This acquisition adds £650m in AUA, significantly increasing AAB Wealth's total assets to approximately £1.8bn.
Founded in 1998, Magus Wealth operates near Gatwick and in the City of London, marking AAB Wealth's first major entry into the London market. This strategic acquisition underscores AAB's ambition to enhance its presence, particularly in London and the South-East.
