Shivani graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2023 with a BA (Dual Honours) in Economics and Modern Languages & Cultures (French and Spanish).

Before joining Chapters Capital, she worked as an M&A Strategic and Corporate Development Specialist on the buy side for a large consolidator in the software space, gaining direct experience in sourcing, assessing and executing acquisition opportunities.
As an Associate at Chapters, Shivani now focuses on all aspects of the deal process, from initial conversations with business owners through to guiding transactions towards completion.

Outside of work, Shivani enjoys keeping active through running and competing in Hyrox events. She also enjoys travelling, learning about new cultures and spending time with friends.
