Azets Wealth Management, the wealth advisory arm of UK accountancy group Azets, has agreed to acquire Evans Falco LLP, a chartered financial planning firm.
Who are Evans Falco?
Evans Falco, founded in 2010, is an independent advisory firm based in Cornwall, with its head office in Redruth and a second office in Newquay. It is among a small number of firms in Cornwall to hold Chartered status, and is known for its client-focused advice on investments, pensions, and retirement planning.
Who are Azets Wealth Management?
Azets Wealth operates nationally across the UK, with major hubs in the North East and Scotland. It is part of the Azets Group, an international business advisory and accountancy network.
When Will the Evans Falco Acquisition Complete?
The deal was announced on 6 November 2025, with completion expected by the end of the month. Once closed, Evans Falco’s staff (led by partners Treve Evans and Rosie Falco) will join Azets and move into its offices in Plymouth and Truro. The acquisition strengthens Azets’ presence in the South West and complements its broad financial planning and accountancy services.
Azets Wealth Management: Other Recent Acquisitions
The acquisition of Evans Falco follows the recent acquisitions of Laurus Associates and Milne Craig over the last 18 months.
In January 2025, Azets Wealth acquired Laurus Associates, a chartered financial planning firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Laurus Associates brought a highly experienced team and strong reputation for pensions and investment advice in the North East, expanding Azets’ advisory capabilities in that region.
In August 2024, Azets acquired Milne Craig, a long-established Scottish accountancy and wealth management firm headquartered in Paisley. The acquisition added over 2,000 clients to Azets’ portfolio.

Azets’ acquisition activity forms part of its wider growth strategy to consolidate regional financial planning and accountancy firms under the Azets Wealth umbrella.
