Bristol-based independent financial planning firm Integrity365 has acquired the financial services arm of Turner Insurance Group, a Leicester-based business specialising in workplace pensions, group insurance schemes and employee benefits. The transaction gives Integrity365 its first office in the Midlands, based in Grove Park, Leicester, and strengthens the group's corporate financial planning capability. Financial terms were not disclosed.

About Integrity365

Integrity365 was founded in 2020 by a management team including Beavis Morgan chairman Paul Jackson and Jelf Group founder Chris Jelf. The group now has 20 advisers and offices in Bristol, High Wycombe, Inverness, Helensburgh, Arbroath, Essex, Leicester and London, with £1.5bn in assets under management as of the end of 2025. Integrity365 is financed by private investors and has expanded its presence across the UK through a series of acquisitions of independent financial planning firms.

About the Turner Insurance Group financial services arm

Turner Insurance Group’s financial services division provided workplace pensions, group insurance schemes and employee benefits advice. Following the acquisition, the team has moved to Integrity365’s new office in Grove Park, Leicester. The division is led by team leader Paul Male, who will join Integrity365 alongside his support team following the acquisition. Turner Insurance Group's financial services operation has built its proposition around employer and employee benefit solutions.

Turner Insurance Group is a Leicester-based commercial and personal insurance broker whose history dates back to 1993. PSC Insurance Group acquired a majority stake in the business in 2018.

What happens next?

The acquisition is complete. Paul Male and his support team have joined Integrity365 and will continue to operate from the Grove Park office in Leicester, which becomes Integrity365's first Midlands location.
