Integrity365 has continued its growth through acquisitions by purchasing Peter Murray Financial Management, an independent financial advice firm based in Essex with a legacy spanning 54 years. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it increases Integrity365’s total assets under management to £1.2bn and enhances its presence in the Southeast.

Founded in 1970 by Peter Murray and later led by his son Stuart, the Billericay-based firm built its reputation on long-term relationships and a family-oriented approach, values that resonate strongly with Integrity365’s leadership.

Matt Goy, CEO of Integrity365, stated, "Stuart, his team, and clients share our values and will help strengthen our presence in the Southeast. We are eager to connect with retiring IFAs and family-founded firms. This careful, values-led integration demonstrates that alignment goes beyond mere numbers; it’s about trust, continuity, and care."

Stuart Murray added, "From my first conversation with Matt, I was confident that he understood what matters to us. Our clients' close, trusted relationships with us should remain unchanged, and Integrity365 respected that from the outset."

For firms considering succession or acquisition, this deal serves as a reminder that cultural alignment and shared values are increasingly shaping the outcomes of mergers and acquisitions. Buyers who demonstrate an understanding of legacy and continuity, not just operational efficiency, are more likely to attract well-established, values-driven advisory firms.

With previous acquisitions of MacDonald Partnership and Hart Wealth Limited in Scotland, Integrity365 is signalling its nationwide intent to build a robust, adviser-centric group with regional strength and a client-focused approach.
