Perspective Surges to 121 Acquisitions with £310m AUA Boost

Perspective Financial Group has completed five more acquisitions, bringing its total number of deals to 121. The newly acquired firms add approximately £310m in AUA, 825 households as clients, and one new office in Crewe, Cheshire. The latest firms to join the group are Lifestyle Financial Services, Sirius Money Management, Mat White Financial Services, Sapient Wealth Management, and Bayham Wealth.
The group’s CEO, Ian Wilkinson, described this announcement as a significant step forward in Perspective’s 2025 strategy. He noted that each acquired firm shares a cultural alignment and commitment to high-quality client care. Wilkinson reaffirmed Perspective’s ongoing focus on partnering with firms that prioritise integrity and client outcomes while expanding its national footprint through careful, values-led acquisitions.
One of the newly acquired firms, Mat White Financial Services, was founded by Mat White, who has spent more than thirty years in the profession. Reflecting on his decision to join Perspective, White emphasised the importance of ensuring long-term continuity for his loyal clients while alleviating the challenges posed by increasing regulatory obligations. He mentioned that the search for the right partner was thorough and that Perspective stood out due to its shared ethos and commitment to maintaining a strong local presence.
This announcement comes on the heels of an active year for Perspective. In April, the group completed nine acquisitions, including Chapter Wealth Management and Clarendon Financial Planning, expanding into four new locations: Stockbridge, Uckfield, Grimsby, and Waltham. These latest developments indicate that momentum is unlikely to slow, as Perspective continues to solidify its position as one of the most active acquirers in the UK financial advice market.
