Titan Wealth to Acquire Blacktower Group

Titan Wealth Holdings has announced its plans to acquire the international financial advice business, Blacktower Group. This acquisition will add £2.2bn in assets to Titan Wealth International upon completion. The deal is subject to regulatory approval and will result in the merging of Blacktower into Titan’s international division, creating a combined entity with substantial global scale and capabilities.
Founded over 40 years ago, Blacktower operates in multiple jurisdictions and has established a strong reputation for providing cross-border financial planning and investment advice to expatriates and international clients. Titan states that this acquisition enhances its discretionary and investment management offerings while expanding its global licensing footprint and infrastructure.
Dan Dickinson, CEO of Titan Wealth International, described the acquisition as a progressive step toward aligning the firm’s vision of delivering seamless, regulated financial advice across key markets. He emphasised that integrating Blacktower will strengthen Titan’s ability to serve clients internationally while enhancing its regulatory and operational capabilities.
Blacktower’s leadership team shares this sentiment, viewing the partnership as a pivotal moment for international wealth management. This latest acquisition follows Titan’s recent purchase of IWP, which added £6.6bn in client assets, bringing Titan’s total assets under management and advice to approximately £35bn. Together, these transactions highlight Titan’s ongoing commitment to expanding its vertically integrated model and international presence.
