We have done with with buyers we work with that sold equity funds to continue growth, as well as people who were considering selling, but based on the options available, decided to keep driving the business growth.

CONSULTATION

We begin by getting to know you, your goals, your business, and what it is that you really want and need from a transaction. The initial consultation enables us to assess your situation and develop a unique plan to meet your specific needs.

MEETINGS

We facilitate and chair meetings with potential buyers for your firm. We ensure an agenda is set so the time is used properly, and you have all of your questions answered. A member of our team will take detailed minutes for each meeting so that you fully focus on the conversation.

MATCHING

Based on the information we gather during our initial conversations we will present you with potential buyers who align to your specific criteria. We will highlight why they are a fit, what risks or challenges each deal might have, and also insight on the valuation they would place on the business.

DEAL MANAGEMENT

From the initial conversation all the way through the process we will be with you. Selling can be a stressful process and there are many moving parts at each stage of the deal. We will make sure you know what is happening and what is expected from each party at every point.
