AAB Wealth has acquired two financial planning firms: BpH Wealth Management, based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, and Jane Smith Financial Planning, based in Olney, Buckinghamshire.
The transactions take AAB Wealth to £2.5bn in assets under advice and more than 130 professionals across the UK. AAB Wealth said the acquisitions form part of its strategy to acquire client-focused advisory businesses with a shared emphasis on long-term growth, technical expertise and client service.

Jane Smith Financial Planning was founded in Buckinghamshire in 1994 by Jane Smith and employs five people. The firm is now led by her daughter, Nicola Watts, a Certified Financial Planner based in Olney. Jane Smith Financial Planning holds Accredited Financial Planning firm status, a designation shared by AAB Wealth, and Watts cited cultural alignment and a shared commitment to financial planning as central to the firm's decision.
